Gregory Johnson is a founder and managing director of Prolog.

Greg has more than 25 years of experience managing venture capital funds and corporate venture capital investment programs. He currently focuses on opportunities in molecular diagnostics, imaging and image-guided procedures, and industrial biotechnology. Prior to Prolog, he spent more than a decade as a general partner of the venture firm Gateway Associates, which he joined after managing an $80 million portfolio of Monsanto’s corporate venture capital investments. Greg holds a doctorate in physics from the University of Rochester and a bachelor's degree from MIT.
